We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Liberty County, Florida. You will work on commercial fit-out projects. Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames Requirements: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Full-time with occasional weekends.
