Mechanical press operator wanted in Talladega County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Talladega County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
