Turning centre operator wanted in Dunn County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Dunn County, North Dakota. The job is in a job-work machining unit. The role involves: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
