Offshore rigger • Seminole County, Oklahoma

Great opportunity: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Seminole County, Oklahoma. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. Day to day you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
