Lifting rigger — Kusada

Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Kusada, Katsina State. You will be based at a shipyard. On the job you will handle: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦155,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
