CO2 welder — Rolette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Rolette County, North Dakota. You will work at an automobile body shop. Your main tasks: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently 5+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
