Excavator operator — Doniphan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Doniphan County, Kansas. The job is on a housing development site. On the job you will handle: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
