Baker wanted in Conway County

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Conway County, Arkansas. You will be based at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
