Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
