Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Ese Odo, Ondo State. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
