Press operator — Iroquois County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press operator in Iroquois County, Illinois. You will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; record output and downtime on the production sheet. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
