Bread baker — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Washington County, Rhode Island. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
