Short order cook — Milwaukee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Rotating shifts. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
