Vacancy available: sewing machine operator (Anambra State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Orumba North, Anambra State. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. The role involves: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams We offer ₦250,000 per month plus benefits.
