Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Bay County, Florida. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 3+ years on the tools preferred.
