Prep cook — Grant County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Grant County, South Dakota. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time with occasional weekends.
