Plasterer — Ingham County

Now hiring: we are hiring a plasterer in Ingham County, Michigan. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. The role involves: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience.
