Kitchen porter — Harrison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Harrison County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off.
