Pastry baker — Konduga

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Konduga, Borno State. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
