Groundsman — Webster Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Webster Parish, Louisiana. The role involves weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings. Requirements: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
