Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork erector in Hays County, Texas. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Performance bonus on top of base pay.
