Dish pit attendant — Mitchell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Mitchell County, Kansas. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
