Now hiring: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Conway County, Arkansas. The job is at a cold storage facility. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Your main tasks: • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Full-time with occasional weekends. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
