On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
