Paint booth operator — Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Polk County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
