Urgent requirement: hoist operator (Yobe State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Jakusko, Yobe State. Day to day you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
