Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Custer County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
