Concrete labourer wanted in Austin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Austin County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Rotating shifts.
