Bakery assistant — Itas/Gadau

Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
