Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Owyhee County, Idaho. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) On a typical shift you will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
