The role involves: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Pay around $11,000 per project, based on your experience.
