Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Clinton County, Missouri. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
