Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test On the job you will handle: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Part-time with flexible hours.
