CNC programmer-operator — El Paso County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in El Paso County, Colorado. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. The role involves: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 4+ years on the tools preferred.
