Core maker — Ekeremor

We are recruiting: we are hiring a core maker in Ekeremor, Bayelsa State. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills You will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦600 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
