Lathe programmer-operator — Henry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Henry County, Georgia. You will be based in a tool room. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred The role involves deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; write and edit G-code programs at the control. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
