Prep cook — Boyd County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Boyd County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
