Dozer operator — Wayne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dozer operator in Wayne County, West Virginia. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. Day-to-day duties: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
