Prep cook • Butler County, Alabama

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Butler County, Alabama. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
