Now hiring: we are hiring a glazier in Pope County, Illinois. You will be based at a double glazing firm. On the job you will handle: • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris You should have: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Full-time, day shift.
