Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Glascock County, Georgia. The job is in a busy laundry. On a typical shift you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; give each garment a final press before packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Full-time, day shift. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
