Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Polk County, Minnesota. You will work in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
