We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Nembe, Bayelsa State. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
