Powder coating technician — Ugwunagbo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Ugwunagbo, Abia State. On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
