Kitchen porter — Guadalupe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Six days a week, one day off.
