Crawler crane operator — Fairfield County

Join our team: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Fairfield County, South Carolina. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. You should have: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Understanding of hand and radio signals Day to day you will climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; work out the load weight and the lifting radius.
