UPVC welding machine operator — Pike County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Pike County, Georgia. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine The role involves: • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
