In-process quality controller — Mower County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Mower County, Minnesota. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Part-time with flexible hours.
