Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator in Borough of Torbay, England. You will be based on a production line. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Good attention to detail and steady hands Your main tasks: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
