Fine-dining server — Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Benton County, Mississippi. Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
